POLICIES

Payment
We accept PayPal payment, Credit Cards and bank deposits for our items on sale through our website. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

For customized orders
For bank transactions, we will require you to furnish us proof of your payments.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping
All items are shipped within 7-10 working days of your payment clearing. Except custom orders.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

You have an option to have it picked-up at our Quezon City Showroom located at
#10 Road 2. Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City

Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable.

If you receive an item that’s been damaged please contact us immediately (within 3 days) and we will replace it at no cost. We want you to be happy with our products so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

What is the time frame for a typical order?
Once we receive your order, we are able to create your custom order within about 30-60 days or depending on your event date and/or the volume of confirmed orders.

Can I have my order rushed?
For on custom made items – Yes. When placing your order, please note a request for rush orders and the date needed. The cost for rush fee is P500 pesos subject to approval of our production unit.

Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please call us at 0917-8092571 or email us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change an order once it has entered production.

Can you ship internationally?
No.

Can you ship nation-wide?
For on hand items. Yes, we deliver items through LBC or Xend.

For custom made items, please take note that shipping fee depends on actual weight, actual size, location and date of delivery.

Visayas and Mindanao
Our partners for Visayas and Mindanao are AP Cargo and South Sea Cargo. The shipping fee will be collected by our partners once delivered at your doorsteps.

Northern and Southern Luzon
Our partners for Northern and Southern Luzon are as follows : 1) Victory Liner; 2) Partas; 3) Isarog Liner; 4) Genesis and 5) Philippine Rabbit.

For Metro Manila and Central Luzon
We encourage you to pick-up the items at our Quezon City showroom. However, we can arrange delivery at your home or at the venue subject to availability of transportation and applicable fees.
